"Rebuilding the U.S. Electricity Grid"
The U.S electrical grid is an aging system whose reliability, efficiency, security and overall reach are inadequate to accommodate increased energy demand, and new and distributed generation in the coming decades. Technology, private investment, policy and regulation will play major roles in determining how this grid unfolds. The Midwest Energy Forum brings together members from each of these domains to discuss the many components feeding into this massive infrastructure upgrade.
The Midwest Energy Forum has been the premier conference for energy and clean tech professionals in the Midwest since 2007. Each year, researchers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and others interested in innovation and growth within the energy sector gather to discuss some of the newest breakthroughs in this rapidly changing field.
