Drawing upon recent lectures from the course “Energy in the 21st Century”, Dr. Sanstad will discuss computational energy-economic modeling and its role in policy, especially regarding climate change and CO2 emissions mitigation. He'll highlight issues of model evaluation and validation and their relationship to uncertainty quantification.
